I sent a letter to cutter group llc revoking ACH and requesting a refund for overpayment of an illegal payday loan as I had over paid them $725.00 so they sent it to National Credit Adjustors, I would like to get some advise as how to deal with the collection agency.  Should I send a validation letter, not sure how to deal with the collection agency.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

They are a collection agency, they probably bought the loan from Cutter and are hoping to get some money out of you. From what I understand they are a pain in the behind, will call and call. Be prepared for that but I wouldn't pay anything. I would report them to FTC. I would keep them busy while you do this, if you become too much work they will stop harrasing you. If its not worth the amount of money they change to gain from you they will stop, ask for the validation letter, then ask for a license to operate in your state and so on. I would request a credit report soon though and keep an eye on it. Just in case.
