Is there a website that I can find out if a payday lender is licensed in my state? I am in Florida and have 5 payday loans.

none are legal period.so got to soaplady's,or waffles signatures and follow the sticky on dealing with illegal lenders.btw please list the following

1)amount borrowed from each
2)amount debited by each thus far

know that anything debited in fees gets deducted from the amount borrowed example:

you borrow 300.00 from ameriloan(tribal)they debit 90.00 three times.you only owe 30.00 to them.

either list them out here,or your AG/DFI websites.just know that unless a lender has a physical presence in FL(storefront)it is not licensed therefore illegal.
