Mobiloans

OK... one more to go. I successfully followed OhioGal's advice and sent ACH revocation letters and notified 3 payday lenders that theyt are illegal, I paid them the principal (in some cases too much) so we are good. (Ameriloan/USFastCash - which are ted together, and Mobiloans)
The only holdout is Mobiloans from whom I borrowed $800, which has been repaid, but they still email me monthly statements and replied on 12/31/12 with some sort of blahblahblah sovereign Indian nation BS. I tried to post the email but cannot find it!
Should I resend the email I sent 12/31/2012 and see what happens? Should i ignore it? So far nothing is on my credit report.
