can nca come after you legal stuff in pa? they have called my work and home.They even told my HR person they wanted to meet with them.....I had enlisted payless financial group to settle 3 payday loans. They said not to worry but i am. nca threatened to serve me at work. I dont know who to believe......

It is not legal to lend payday loans in PA. You're only morally obligated to pay off the principal amount. There is no need to work with a payless financial group. No one will serve you at work. Inform them that your office doesn't entertain collection calls.
