Great Plains is one of loans I am trying to reach an agreement with. Has anyone had any luck with them?

How much was the loan amount and what have you paid them total. Also if you have had past loans with them include the amount of those loans and what you paid for those. My experience with the other lenders I have dealt with is the ones where I overpaid were very easy to at least get a paid in full letter.
