I was just wondering if anyone on here that has over paid and requested a refund from a PDL has actually gotten it? We have paid way more than what we borrowed from PepperCash and I sent them an email revoking ACH and requested a refund. Has anyone ever had any luck with that??

Read around the forum. You will see a few success stories. They key is to be persistent with your badgering about a refund. File those complaints with the AG and the FTC.

Yes, it does happen. I received a refund from one company when i was in my mess. It doesnt hurt to keep trying.
