I have two lenders removing money from my bank account every two weeks. One lender (FedFinSvcs) lent me 600 and they take $360 a month.

Hamilib lent me $675 and they take $420 every month and essentially, I can't get a hold of either one to pay off my loan in full.

Is this legal what they do? I know it's my own fault for the desperation in my life at that time but I needed the money at the time.

Can someone direct me on how I should go about doing this? I want to close out my bank account but then my already shattered credit will suffer. I want to pay these people off but there isn't an email from them warning me of the deductions to which I've been subjected to since October.

Anyone?

Were these internet based loans or did you get them from a store front? Also what state are you located in? If you have any other information about the companies such as their full name that would also help people answer your questions.

How do I respond to the tribal laws emails when I receive them. Such as I have to follow their laws regarding the loan

When I got a response that was not what I wanted I simply responded with "
Thank you for the response to my inquiry. I am not interested in the settlement offer you provided. The original amount of the loan was $1000 and so far I have paid $500 to your company. Based on that information and the fact that your company is not licensed to offer loans in the state of Maine (which is where I reside and where I was when the loan was signed) I am willing to repay the remaining principle of the loan, $500. I would be repaying this in payments over the next several months via money orders. If you accept these terms please let me know and provide your mailing address. Please be advised that due to the unlicensed nature of your company this offer is only meant as a goodwill solution and I am not obligated to provide any payment on this account."
