Email straight from their websites any you can - you should get something back right away that states they received.. and try and relax... Red Leaf and Action Pay Day - stay off their little chat link - they are very aggressive sites.. I was surprised..

Did you have any tribal loans? I'm reading some scary stuff about those...

All three of my internet ones were -- Plain Green , Great Plains and Western Sky -- nothing to be scared of - It will be OK... What are you seeing - and remember kind of like everything else you can't believe everything you see...

Stuff about them not being regulated due to them being tribal loans...I have some that are offshore too...that is really more troubling than the tribal loans...I guess I really won't know anything until I send the letters. I'm just scared and anxious about it all. Have you talked to anyone else on here who has a situation like mine?

We all have the same situation to differing degrees, I have seen worse... really!! It will be OK, maybe not easy, but it will be OK... and we are all here to help, I don't really even think about the 3 internet ones - I got one PIF, one that owes me money they will either cave and give me a PIF or keep arguing what ever.. and the last one eventually will figure out aht I mean they are only going to get principal back and will agree or they will turn over to collection and I have all the proof that I tried to rectify the problem and that they are not trying to collect on a null and void contact and send them a cease and desist letter -- remember to stay off the phone with them that is the main thing - they will try to confuse you.. I did some more research - Red Leaf - Offshore - West Indies ---- Action - Offshore - West Indies --- Sonic - Offshore - Malta ---The only one that has me stumped is River Bend - any thing else on that one?? can't find even a website... They know that they are illegal - they will try to get you to cave, just stick to your guns and know that we are here to help you... remember the money you will have to spend for Christmas, that should help you relax a little.. hopefully!

It is River Bend Cash. I have been reading the boards and wish I could register. There is so much wonderful information on this site. I know it won't be easy but it's the only option I have right now. It also helps to know that I am not the only one in this vicious trap. I think once Friday comes and goes, I will feel better too knowing that my check is actually in my account and not being farmed out to a bunch of different lenders which would in turn send me searching for more money. It really should be illegal for this to be allowed. I am so grateful to have found you and this site. It has truly been an answer to many, many prayers.

Do you know what impact it has when they report you to Teletrax and the other companies you see in their fine print? Does it impact your ability to open a checking or savings account and othe financial transactions? Going to start emailing in about an hour...

It was a quiet night thank goodness. Guess there isn't much they can do until I have officially defaulted. I have not heard back from Jason. I just want to be able to pay it forward and be able to be someones cheerleader in the future like you have been for me!

I am in MS as well. I have one with my cashnow also. HelpinAZ has gave me some good advice as well. I understand what you are going through. I checked out the pdl laws in ms as well with dealing with the 3 I have online. In ms rollerovers are not allowed, must pay in full on due date.

I don't think any - are any of them on your credit now? The only one that I have reporting is CC -and I will deal with them later.. as for Teletrax - it is only a sight payday loans and the like use - you will more than likley not be able to get a payday loan or the like again.. bummer!! LOL

Have you had any luck with yours? I'm going to start emailing letters shortly...

There is nothing on my credit now regarding any of these...I haven't defaulted on any of them yet...may God strike me dead on the spot if I ever take another pdl...I was just worried about it impacting legal banking activities!

I have had no problems with banking....as waffles once said to me I wish I was there to shake you, you have to relax, you are going to stress out.. Breathe... and hit send...

I'm glad that part is done. I know I have saved myself a ton of money not only from the loans but by doing it myself. When did you begin to hear from the companies that you sent the letters to?

Great Plains...I just don't want anyone calling my references or my employer...this is embarrassing enough! One day at a time...it's all I can do...and I am breathing! You have been such a blessing!

You will be OK - just resend them the email.. they will get the hint..Just like I said tell them you have been a victim of fraud - not a lie... They will understand..

from what you told us you borrowed and what you said you paid - you will owe them $1163.77 still in principal - I would suggest offering them an arrangement you think you can live with and email them that to see if they accept and then you just keep sending until they agree - I had them send me a PIF right away - but I had already over paid them when I started this process.
