I need help getting rid of this payday loan. These people call me numerous times a day n I just don't have the extra money to pay them n they keep harressing me. I have tried to get them to let me pay it off in payments and they say they can't do that they will just take it out of my checking acct. But I don't leave money in there for them to take it so please help.
