I responded with:
Please be advised that I have filed a complaint with the
FTC and the Ohio Attorney General concerning this matter and your violation of
the FCRA in reporting me to the credit bureaus.
The loan was originated with Western Sky which is an illegal
lender. Under the provisions of the law
I am only required to pay back the principal of $2525.00 which has been done.
