hey i have a question loan with cash call originated with western sky. i have gone through the thousand phone calls spoke with someone twice in oct. when i defaulted and told them i would not being making any more payments. loan was 1500.00 but 500.00 fee so i got a 1000.00. i have paid back over 1800.00. now i am getting emails and letters with all kind of modifications or payment off amount of 1000.00. i just ignore phone calls. am i doing wrong ignoring them or should i respond back. this is the only one of 6 to settle. i got a paid in full on the rest. these guys are tough. any advice would be appreciated.

Stay off the phone and communicate with them in writing only. Western Sky is an illegal tribal lender and you have paid the debt in full.
