Is this Payday loan company licensed to service in Florida

I have a payday loan with Lakota Cash and I have tried to settle with them. I was told that this company is an illegal payday company in Florida. Therefore, I have tried to settle with them on the principal balance minus the fees I have paid. They are not threatening to get a court order.
Can you tell me if they are legal in Florida. If not, I will then report them. Can they garnish my wages?

Lakota Cash is an illegal tribal lender. You owe principal only. Don’t pay them any interest and fees. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for a refund. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.
