5 pay day loans help

Help I live In Ny and i have 5 online payday loans Riverbend Finance 500.00 paid 915.00 United Cash Loans 400 paid 650 Payday Nation 450 Paid 1,806 splash cash 600 paid 1307.50 and cwb 250 haven't made a payment yet I recently closed my bank account a opened a brand new one Payday Nation is constantly calling me at work sending me email saying that they are going to turn me into chexsystem and stop me writing checks to walmart and other various stores first of all i really don't know if any of these lenders are legal in my state how can i find out and what should be my next course of action against these ruthless people

Payday lending is prohibited in NY. You owe nothing more than the principal. Ask them for a refund as you have already overpaid them. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
