harrassment from pay day loan rep

I have recently been contacted by a very rude person with Integrity pay day loan that is old loan for me. since 2011..can they sue me for that? I am in California..we were going to make a payment arrangement back in 2011 because I was on medical disability. Now they are calling and harrassing, that they are the legal department.
in a word
no.integrity is not licensed and therefore illegal in CA.you not only owe the principle,but anything debited,and i mean anything gets deducted from that.so do not worry about an illegal you don't owe near what they claim.in fact stay off the phone and ignore their stupidity.
