I am in Iowa and have two online loans with VIP Cash, they are calling them installment loans but are extremely high rates and are being taken out on my pay dates. Are these legal in Iowa each loan is for $300.


VIP Cash is an illegal lender. The amount is not big enough to qualify as an installment loan. You are just required to repay the principal, no interest or finance fees.

VIP Cash is illegal all over the state of US. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.

I don't know when they'll stop uttering lies. VIP Cash is an illegal payday loan lender. How much have you paid in total? Is it more than $300? If yes, then you've the right to ask for a refund.
