i just recently applied for a loan with Brighton and I sisnt sign for the loan, nor did i submit the loan. i do not wish to have this loan but i tried callling the number to cancel the loan and no one answers the phone

Talk to your bank's

Talk to your bank's authorities and have the transaction reversed as unauthorized. After that submit a copy of an ACH revocation letter to your bank and send a copy to Brighton. That should take care of everything.
