Dear ******
We respect a consumer who researches the services to which he uses. With
that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan, it
would have behooved you to read the complete contract you agreed to with BEL
Capital. You are a citizen of Michigan, however the contract was not made in
Michigan. The contract was completed via the world wide web, the governing
law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal
e-signature are the laws of the jurisdiction in which the lender is located.
When you agreed to the terms of the loan by electronically signing the
document, the terms clearly outlined how the loan works and what the finance
charges were, yet you still accepted the loan. There was no attempt to
revoke authorization on your account, this is the first time receiving this
notice.
Per the loan agreement, by revoking authorization for the lender to process
payment from the account you in turn are authorizing the lender to prepare a
payment to payoff the account when the loan comes due. We have set for the
principle of $200 to be withdrawen on 5/03. If the payment is not
successfully processed then you promise to pay the remainder of the debt by
mailing a money order payment.
All this said, we are willing to work with you to break down the current
balance in order to successfully get the account settled and paid in full.
We need to speak with you in order to assess your situation and come up with
a repayment plan that will work for both you and the lender. Please call us
directly using the contact information below. We look forward to hearing
from you.
Thank you,

I've already set my terms. I told them I'd pay the principal balance in full via money order but i want a physical address to sent the payment to..they completely ignored that apparently.

Remember: If they want their money, they will just have to give up their address. Just a matter of who can hold their ground longer.

So they responded asking me to FAX a copy of the money order...that's sounds odd to me. They also listed their address as:
BEL Capital
C/O CWB Services, LLC.
P.O. Box 411056

I do they have a KC address if they are offshore?

Follow this link on how to deal with Bell Cap and possibly who ever your other loans is with - Who is it anyway? http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/dealingwith-illegallenders.html
And did you use a loan broker for the other one? That may be what started this. Good thing you have your account shut down - I would not give out that one for anything...
Bell Capital Corp. Scam
I took out an online payday loan from a company, NOT BELL CAP. The money was deposited into my bank account, that was fine I borrowed it, however Bell Cap. also deposited $300.00 in my account. I never authorized this company to put money into my account. Next thing I know Experian, Exquifax, and a company named OTC Scoresence started billing me for monitoring memberships, $16.95, $19.95, and $29.95. Never signed up for any memberships. Had to call all three companies to get my money back. Called Bell Cap. they said I agreed to the $300.00, I told them to send me a copy of the agreement, never did and proceeded to take $90.00 out of my account and two weeks later, still nothing from them so I call again and still no contract but today they took out another $90.00 so I went to my bank and they were no help so I closed my account. I will call Bell Cap. on Monday tell them I will send them $120.00 which is what I would owe, but I will not pay no interest on a loan I did not authorize. Just want to give a heads up stay away from Bell Capital Corp.
