Does anyone have any experience with this collection company? I had a voicemail this evening stating that this was their final attempt to contact and that I must contact them tomorrow before the end of the business day. I'm assuming they are contacting me for Ace Cash Express. I live in Alpine, Alaska. I just defaulted on my PDL in December. I didn't think they would sue this quick. HELP!


Steve is right. As Ace Cash Express is a legal lender, so the CA can sue you. Once the court issues an order against you, they can garnish your wages or place a lien on your property. That’s why it would be better for you to negotiate with the CA and try to set up a payment arrangement with them.

Ace Cash Express is a legal lender so there is grounds to sue you. Contact the CA, find their physical address and send them a DV request via CMRRR. If they can come up with valid proof that the debt is yours, negotiate a settlement with them.

no the CA can't sue.only ace can as they are the creditor.

If I send out the DV today will they file papers with the court before they receive it? I'm a little confused as to why he said this is the last attempt to contact me, I haven't received any other contact from them. I found an email address for them on their website and sent an email asking what the phone call is regarding. But I haven't heard back yet.

a google search,and 800notes,plus budd hibbs say this is a bottomfeeder that is in jacksonville fl.they are not a law firm,but love to say they are.if you have an address send them a C&D.btw they love to threaten arrrst as well.totally illegal,and it looks like ace sold it this collection garbage.if you have no address ignore as again a bottomfeeder.
