FastloanFast help taking money out of my account unauthorized

This company fastloanfast.com is has taken in total 90 dollars from my bank account. They are saying that I agreed when I filled out a payday loan application to them charging me 30 dollars. I dont have any more loans and they will not send me proof of where I authorized this. I put in dispute with my bank and just recieved reponse and they are not giving me back the money saying that it appears I agreed to this, but I dont understand how , because I call this company and i never get any live person only goes to voicemail and when I have emailed they say they are not giving me back my money and that i need to talk to my bank and I applied for a loan and I need to visit the website of the company I applied with. I dont understand, I havent applied for a loan. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. IS there any letter I could email them to say stop taking funds out my account that if they did it again I could submit claim with my bank and show proof that I didnt authorize charges.PLEASE HELP.

Do an ACH revocation...follow the link in my signature line for information on how to deal with illegal lenders.

Could I take the email I just sent the company to bank and advise of the terms on the website, because per the terms they were not suppose to charge 30 dollars but one time. I have not recieved any loans from this company. The checks come thru pay to checkprocess or loan4utoday and I have not recieved funds from either one of these companies. Thats why I was unsure of what letter of could send, cause I have no loan with this company. there website is fastloanfast.com. Could I still send ACH letter.

Per the companys on website terms:

When you sign up at the Fastloanfast.com website, you will have the option of enrolling into the Fastloanfast.com Assistance Program. If you enroll into the optional program, Fastloanfast.com will produce an electronic check that will be withdrawn from your bank account for the one-time, non-recurring charge of $30.00 (Thirty-Dollars and Zero Cents).

If you do not get a loan offer for at least $100 within 60 days of enrollment, you may receive a full refund by calling us toll free at 775-200-1525 or by e-mailing us at support@Fastloanfast.com. Your refund will be paid within 14 business days.

I have the same thing

I have the same thing happening to me. I have not applied for a loan since June 2012 and they have me filling out for a loan this times this year. I also can not get anyone on the phone. If you find anything else out please post it.
