call from united national arbitration

I live in the state of pennsylvania, today i received a call from a company called united national arbitration stating a defaulted on a payday loan with payday one
could not tell me the orginal amount i borrow but now owed 955 dollars and had five days to pay in full or two pyments. if i did not make arrangements i would
be charged tomorrow with two counts one a misdameanor the other felony check fraud. not sure if this is a scam or not someone plz advice

Payday loans are illegal in PA....plus criminal action is NOT permitted. It is a total scam. Report them to your state ag's office and the FTC.

Yeah…they are scammers. They are just trying to scare you. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.aa
