I live in Ardmore,OK and have 2 payday loans. I closed my checking acct last week, so I could try and get a handle on this stuff.
One is with VIP Cash (Qloot) with an original amount of $600. I have paid $558 so far, with about $60 of that going towards principle. They sent me an email saying they want $921. I have their address to send pymts to.
The other is with PDY services with an original amount of $300, I have paid $158 in interest- none goes towards the principle. They now want $540 to pay this off. And they won't send me an address.
I am willing to pay a reduced amount (about 1/2 of what they are asking for) each month, but can't afford the full payments. Also with accumulating interest 1/2 payments won't get me far. I also am unwilling to give them my account information again- I want to mail them. Should I just mail VIP what I can and ignore PDY since they are unflexible? Not pay either of them anything?

Both are illegal....rollovers are NOT permitted in OK. Max loan is $600. VIP Cash is located offshore. You owe principal only...no fees, no interest. So VIP you owe $42, PDY you owe $142....morally. Legally you owe them nothing as the contracts are dirty...they are null and void. Follow the link in my signature line for full information on how to deal with these lenders. If they dont want to give you a mailing address to mail them a money order...they get nothing. YOU are in control. And STAY OFF THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you see since these are illegal anything debited gets deducted from the principle(which is all you morally owe).go to soaplady'ssignature on dealing with illegal lenders.last thing never just send money.do so only after the pdl agrees to what you really owe,not what they think you owe.

I had been paying on VIP a LOT longer than I realized. I have paid them $900, so I am sending them the ACH revocation/ send me refund letter.
PDY looks like can kick rocks until they give me an address.
Man, I wish I would have had this info years ago, before I got into these cycles.

If you don't have an address to send the ACH revoke letter to - you can email it or fax it to them..

I received a return email from David Corbitt of VIP saying that they were going to look at my account and send my refund.
PDY can go kick rocks at this point since they won't give up an address.
