They can take awhile to reply
They can take awhile to reply. Are you sure they received your emails- most of them send an auto reply. Plain Green called every day for the first week or so. They took almost 3 weeks to reply, but finally they sent me a paid in full letter - i had overpaid about 800 bucks. Don't talk to them on the phone and they will eventually reply in writing. Cash yes was a little slow to respond as well. I had overpaid them too, and i eventually got a PIF letter from them. Make sure your bank account stays blocked and stay off the phone with the PDL lenders.
Plain Green Loans, Cash Yes,
Plain Green Loans, Cash Yes, EZPayday and East Side Lenders are all illegal lenders in OH. As for First America Credit, they were an offshore illegal lender based in Panama. I looked them up right now but it seems they changed their address to stateside. Check up with the OH DoC and find out if they are licensed in your state. If not, they are illegal.
When you deal with illegal lenders, you owe them nothing more than the original principal amount, no fees or interest.
Go through this thread and follow every instruction therein:

All of your lenders are
All of your lenders are illegal. You owe nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Ask them for a refund as you have already overpaid them.
how many times did you send emails?
thanks for your response. I sent a second batch of emails today. How many times did you have to email the lenders before you received a reply? Below is a copy of the email i sent to plain green.
Dear Plain Green Loans,
It has come to my attention that payday lenders must be licensed by the state of Ohio in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid. To date, I received a deposit of $500 on (7/10/2012) and $800 on (1/8/2013) and have had bi-weekly withdrawals debited from my account. This results in an overpayment of $533.
At this time I am requesting a return email acknowledging that my loan has been paid in full.
I am also revoking authorization for ACH withdrawals and any wage assignment I may have signed. I have given a copy of these revocations to both my bank and my employer. Any future attempts to collect funds in this manner will be blocked.
Please respond to this email with acknowledgment that my account has been satisfied in full.
