Question regarding Dilbert Services and being licenced

Since the original debt is illegal and I have NEVER signed any of the "deferment agreements" Cash Call has sent me, I know they cannot even suggest that this debt is legal in any way.
I am hoping that this is the case and Cash Call is stupid enough to do this. It may be one way to hit the owners of this scam where it hurts the most, in their pocketbook. It is probably a pipe dream like wining the lottery but there it is.
Simply send Delbert a cease
Simply send Delbert a cease and desist letter in writing, telling them they are collecting on an illegal loan. In other words, tell them to get lost.
It is normal protocol for
It is normal protocol for Cash Call (WS Funding LLC) to turn over the loans to Delbert Services for collection. However one thing you need to remember is WS Funding LLC is a subsidiary of Cash Call (they admitted this in court proceedings). Cash Call is owned by Paul Reddam, WS Funding is owned by Paul Reddam and Delbert Services is owned by Paul Reddam. Just continue to treat any communication from Delbert Services the same as you have from Cash Call. As Soap Lady said, once you get the dunning letter from them, you need to send them a letter of dispute within the 30 day time period reiterating that they are attempting to collect on an illegal debt, blah, blah, blah. Your response will actually come straight from Cash Call (also protocol).
What state are you in?
