Mobiloans Help!!

My husband AND I both have a mobiloans pdl. Each are 750$ we've both paid them well over &1,000.00. Are mobiloans illegal in Anderson, Alabama?? I have yet to make contact with the lender or my bank, as I am confused and lost. I just need these payments each week to stop! They take $112. Every week! 2 payments are mine and 2 are my husbands. I need guidance. Please. Thank you!!

moblieloans is tribal.meaning they are most illegal,and you overpais on both.go to either soaplady's,or helpinaz's signatures.ther you will find a sticky on dealing with illegal lenders.follow every step.the first being to close your current account.see the manager for this,but go to the sticky before doing this.bottomline tribal,and you overpaid so secure your money.
