Ok here goes I have got all my former loans taken care of except for two companies Ameriloan and Usfastcash. I have heard horror stories about these two companies these will be my last two. I plan on emailing and faxing letters just like I did the other two any tips of advice when dealing with these two companies?

do not believe their lies and try to limit your phone time.i had both and you are right they are bitches on wheels.just stick to your guns.

no.just wait as they are most likely trying to debit the old account connected to their loans.once they realize they can't debit they will call.took about 2 months after default for me.

After 5 emails fastcash finally offered me a settlement. Since ive paid them all of their principal plus 200 im not accepting it but if you just keep sending the email letter they will finally email you back instead of calling. They told me they were legal in Missouri under their tribal law. I sent them a copy of what a real license for the state of Missouri looked like and informed them that that was the only document that Missouri would accept.

well talked to my bank and since i have two accounts she advised me to make my old account deposit only. Has anyone ever done this and does it work? next ameriloan responded instantly saying the email was undeliverable.

Yes, deposit only works.. and is the new account linked in any way to the old - if it is make sure the bank un-links them..
Here is some contact info for Ameriloan - try emailing to below email if not then try faxing:
Phone: 1-800-362-9090
Fax: 1-800-256-9166
Email: customerservice@ameriloan.com
