I received a call from an attorney's office saying that it was their third time trying to get a hold of me and if I did not get back to them they would be sending my file over to Broward court for filing. I have a payday loan out with Mynextdaycash and had not received any calls from them regarding this matter until the law office that called me today. I called them back and they proceeded to give me a number of 800-542-1048 to call. This is a company by the name of NCA. What should I do in this situation? Can they file a case in court against me?

since mynextdaycash is most illegal and NCA(national credit adujsters) is a bottomfeeder i would be very skeptical about this.what was the name of this supposed law firm?to confirm this check with your court clerk.you can use your name as the defendent.i practically guarantee there is nothing there.once their bottomfeeder status is established file AG AND FTC complaints against both the lender,and NCA as again both are bottomfeeders.
