Just a random question. Has anyone ever sent a ACH revocation to Plain Green without closing account, and if so, did they honor it and work out a payment plan with you?

I did - they honored it. I had several loans I overpaid before I found this site and decided to get out of the PDL cycle. When I sent them ACH revocation, I still had $1000 left on the latest loan. I can say that I never got a response with Plain Green BUT my online access to my account was flagged and the reporting on my credit report changed to paid in full. That was in 2011. Maybe I just got lucky - either way I was ok with the outcome.

To be honest, I didn't have to close my account for any of my loans as I just gave my bank copies of the letters (Western Sky/CashCall, PlainGreen and SpeedyCash). I had no trouble but if your bank doesn't work with you the way mine did (Chase), then I would suggest closing account.

Plain Green is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry mate…they can’t do anything.
