Question about Mobiloans

I have a question about Mobiloans. I had a pdl with them for $1000.00 and had made $305.00 in payments, leaving a balance of $695.00. I received an email from them stating that they would no longer be lending in Maryland. I had already sent the ACH revocation letter, etc. I exchanged several emails with them trying to set up a payment plan; my last email to them outlined the payments I would be making and requesting an address for where to send the payments. I have not heard back from them in weeks and am not sure what to do. Should I approach them again or wait until they contact me? So far, no emails or telephone calls.

I would wait to see if they contact you - they have obviously been put on notice by Maryland for lending.. If they don't give you an address to send you payments to then they get nothing.. no reason to stress or waste time with them, if they want the $695.00 they will respond if not then oh well.
It may be the reason they are
It may be the reason they are not calling is that they probably have been told by the Commission not to. It looks as if you have won this battle and congratulations!
Mobiloans is an illegal
Mobiloans is an illegal lender. You should close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry mate, they can’t do anything. Don’t make any payments until they contact you.
