Does anybody know about this company? I am having a terrible time with them. I borrowed $300 and every time I make a payment, instead of my balance going down it just grows larger and larger. Its a joke. I live in Dallas, TX.

QXL is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for a refund if you have paid them more than the borrowed amount.

I'm in MD and am dealing with the company right now. I messaged them (since they don't have an e-mail address listed) and revoked ACH transactions. They came back with some crap that they are legal, etc. and before I could close my account (didn't do that first) they took out $250. I filed a complaint with my bank and they gave me a temporary credit. Will have to wait and see what happens.
My advice is to register for the forums, follow all the steps in dealing will illegal lenders (most importantly close your bank account) and hang in there!!
