Hello,
I've been having issues with a payday loan company named Cutter Group LLC who apparently sold my account to some company named URG. Back story is back in May i was approved for a loan for $250, I paid back the finance charges 4x which amounted to $300. After the last finance charge I found out that Payday loans are illegal in my state of NY, so when I went to contact them about this matter all hell broke loose.
They contacted my job, my uncle, mother all threatening them about me. I've called the number several times (855) 892-4226, and (855) 868-2577. They are very unprofessional and argumentativeness. I've tried to get their address so that I may send a cease and desist letter but to no avail, as they would not give it to me and constantly say I'll be served (been saying that since November of 2012.). Is there any information on this company. It'll be very helpful. Thank you.

They are a scam - I would tell my family I have been a victim of fraud - they are violating collections laws, report them to the FTC. I would tell my family to stay off the phone with them, block their numbers and ignore.. if you get an address you can C&D, but unlikely that they will give you one ever.

Don’t worry mate…they are scammers. Just file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
