I have three payday loans and recently someone told me they are not legally binding in oklahoma. Can you tell me if one click cash, mobiloans or magnum are legal in oklahoma?


Yes, all the 3 payday loan lenders are illegal in Oklahoma. How much have you borrowed? Have you paid back the principal amount already?

Your first move is to revoke ACH in writing; send a copy to the bank and another to the lenders. That should stop them from taking money out of your account.

All of the above mentioned pdl companies are illegal in your state. You owe nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Close down your bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
