Help with NJ Laws
Date: Wed, 05/22/2013 - 20:40
I live in New Jersey
I currently have two loans, one with Western Sky/Cash Call and one with Plain Green.
The Western Sky/CC one I took out in October of 2012 for $5,000, with a monthly payment of $450 per month.
The Plain Green was taken out in July of 2012 for $120 with 29 biweekly payments of $135, I currently have 9 payments remaining.
I am having trouble finding what the laws in New Jersey are. I have read the step by step procedure for PDL's, will these work with the two above mentioned companies?
Also, is possible to ask for a refund from previous payday loans? I just paid off two with assistance of family members.
Thanks for any help.

Plain Green you have already paid - $2700 on a $1200 loan - they owe you a refund of $1500.. you will more than likely not get one but you should have no problem getting a PIF..
Western Sky - you have paid how many payments of $450? They are a little harder to deal with..
You need to get your account secure right away and revoke their ACH authorizations and wage assignments.
