AWL and US Fast Cash

I have followed the steps this forum by closing my checking account and stopping my ACH with both companies.

I have sent them an email twice stating that they are not legal in the State of Missouri and since I have overpaid I was requesting a paid in full letter.

US Fast Cash replied requesting one more payment and they would close my account. I told them I had already overpaid them and wanted a paid in full letter.

AWL on the other hand replied with sending me a copy of the loan agreement stating they are operating under the government of their Indian Tribe. I replied that if they could not produce documentation from the State of Missouri that they are licensed then they are not legal in Missouri. Again I requested a paid in full letter.

How long does it take for them to finally send a paid in full letter. I have overpaid both companies.

since both are tribal,and i had usfasttrash as well.they will fight you for awhile.usfasttrash never gave me a PIF.my AG just stated to consider it PIF as they like to lie to even AG'S.AWL i never had but again since they are tribal as well a bottomfeeder may call,or email soon.should that happen let us know.we can help you handle them as well.just keep ant emails as they might throw verbage in there implying a PIF,but might not put in there outright.
