loans in collections

I live in North Carolina and have taken out multiple pay day loans over the internet. Plain Green $500 which I have paid 792.20. Then another one for 1400 which I have paid 1005.58. American Web loan for 1400 Which I have paid 1596. Mobiloans for 700 and I have paid 737. Advance Me Today for 500 and i have paid1130. Great Plains Lending for 800 the first time paid 1740.65 and then 1000 which I have paid 746.56. I have contacted all these loans about my over payment and they say they are going to send my accounts to collections and keep calling me on a daily basis. What do I do now?

All payday loans are illegal in NC. Follow the link in my signature line for information on how to deal with these illegal lenders. You have overpaid on ALL of them. Follow all of the steps. And register with the forums!!!
You can ask the illegal
You can ask the illegal lenders for refund, but it fully depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. Send them a Cease and Desist letter in writing to stop calling you. If they are still doing the same, then immediately file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
