Help for loans in collection

I have multiple payday loans. American Web Loan have a loan with them for 1400 have paid 1596. Have a loan with advance me today for 500 have paid 1130. Have a loan with Great Plains Lending for 1800 have paid 2487.21. i have a loan with plains green lending for 1400 and have paid 1002.58. i have a loan with mobiloans for 700 and have paid 737. i have contacted each one via email and stated that I have overpaid for these loans and i want a email stating paid in full and off my credit. I have received emails stating that my loans are being handled by their collection agencies and I should call to set up payment plans. I live in North Carolina and these payday loans are illegal and I am trying to get out of them what do I do next. Do I contact them via phone to see what they have to say? i am stuck I don't know what to do.

go to soaplady's sticky on dealing with illegal lenders.all are tribal,and all are illegal.meaning you are owed by them.so any CA or DB will be a bottomfeeder and youshould trear them as such.again illegal and you overpaid so you pay them bupkiss.go to the sticky and follow every step.also register as you can see your posts and replies easier.

If collection agencies are contacting you, send then a cease and desist letter demanding no more contact. Must be sent certifided mail, return receipt requested.

I followed Soaplady"s advice.

I followed Soaplady"s advice...sent the letters, and Great plains, Horizon LLC and Riverbend cash have all closed my accounts marked paid in full...They were overpaid, but I did not ask for a refund..I just wanted to be done away with them..1 email was all it took...I am still waiting to hear from United holdings(overpaid) American Web Loan(overpaid) and a reply from United cash..I owe them $260.00 on the principal..they sent me a settlement offer of $455.00 by ACH...I said no way...$260.00 by money order only.
I can not begin to thank you enough Soaplady..I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
