Since payday loans are illegal in Mass and I would be willing to bet none are licensed to lend in Mass.. follow the link provided above all steps in order...If you want to check for licenses you will go here - Massachusetts Division of Banks - http://www.mass.gov/ocabr/government/oca-agencies/dob-lp/
300 - Mass state Group (paid 90) - morally obligated to repay principal only - $210
300 - BEL Capital (paid 180) - morally obligated to repay principal only - $120

would an email work? i am
would an email work? i am thinking of sending the email i saw in the main thread
Yes I sent all of my letters
Yes I sent all of my letters via email to them via their own customer service website - I kept copies of all sent.. The sample letter is in this thread - http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/dealingwith-illegallenders.html - If you would like you can paste here if you would like us to look at first for you... The main things are to revoke ACH authorization - cancel wage assignments you may have signed - and notify them that you will communicate via email or US mail only that they are not to notify you or your references by phone at all. Then since you are only morally obligated to repay principal minus anything already paid you would spell out how you will repay and notify them that it will be via money order only.. they need to provide you with a mailing address and agree to your terms before they get anything..
