I am on disability and currently have two payday loans in the amount of 1200.00. I am drowning. They are not willing to work with me at all and is this legal because everything I am reading is saying that they can't bring any judgment against me if I don't pay them back. By the way I live in Indiana. I have tried and tried to work with them and they keep lying to me and misinforming me about my payoff this is a constant thing and I can't take it any more. The companies are Ameriloan and Fast cash both are internet companies. If I move my account and stop ach payments can they do anything to me? Please HELP... DROWNING IN INDIANA

both are part of MNE a tribal group of lenders.so no they can't do squat.now how much was debited by each before you secured your account?being as they are both illegal you not only owe the principle, but anything debited gets deducted example:

you borrowed 600.00 from ameriloan.they debit 125.00 three times you only owe 225.00 and you pay that when you can.

that was just an example, but hopefully you get the idea.btw illegals won't work with you as they want debit accounts indefinitely if they can,and resort to illegal tactics and threats.so try to find out how much was debited by each and deduct that from the principle.unless nothing was debited yet you still only owe the principle only.in fact go to the sticky in soapladys signature on dealing with illegal lenders.it has all the info ou need.we can help with them and the bottomfeeders that will call.

Both the lenders are illegal in your state. Don’t worry mate…illegal lenders can’t do anything. They won’t be able to bring any judgment against you because of non-payment of debt. Don’t share any personal information with them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
