I have five pay day loans that I can't make the payments. I want to pay them off on some type of plan but now they want to add crazy fees. How can I find out if Plain green, Blue Sky, Castle, or Net cash123 is licensed in Texas and can they do that?

Dont need a list...first 3 are tribal and Netcash is in Costa Rica. All illegal. Follow the link in my signature line for full infomation on how to deal with them. You owe principal only...no fees and no interest. And REGISTER WITH THE FORUMS!!!!!!!

All of the above mentioned pdl companies are illegal in your state. You owe only the borrowed amount. Follow the instruction that has been suggested by Soaplady and of course close down your old bank account and open a new one.

I contacted Cashnet USA which is legal in Tx to work out payments to repay 1500 loan that is now 1949 with fees and they refuse to accept my payment offer. They said I had to pay the amounts they give me even though I said I couldn't afford them. I tried to offer a lower amount but she said she couldn't go beyond a certain time line. So she said it would just continue with collections? Do I have options
