I have a loan with Kwik Cash Online. They are from Irvine Ca. Are they legit? Can they sue me?

They are a finance company...not a payday loan lender. They look legit and thus could sue you.

Have you defaulted on the loan? If yes, then the company can file a lawsuit against you.
