Payday Loan Paid off in Florida

I am in the state of Florida and I opened a loan for $400 from Western Sky (Which was turned over to Cash Call) in December 2010.
I *struggling* paid off the loan and ended up paying around $950. Is there any way into getting them to refund my money even though I paid it and it's been about a year and a half? Is it a lost cause now ? I hate that I paid twice as much as I owed! I knew something was fishy but I just came across this issue recently.
My last payment to them was 6/17/2011
