Cash-Installment no response

Ok so I have gotten PIF's or made arrangements on my terms with all my pdls (with exception of WS/CC but working with state AG on that). The only one I've never heard from us Cash-Installment. I paid my principal and sent the c&d/ach letter via email and fax on 4/22/2013. I sent them an email almost everyday. They complied with my ach and told them in the c&d they could contact me with USPS or email. I've received nothing and my balance keeps going up. What should I do next? I did just send them another email stating that I've given them over 30 days to respond and if they don't respond by June 1st then I consider this matter closed. Should I send a validation letter via USPS? Thanks.
For starters, you cannot send
For starters, you cannot send a validation letter to an original creditor. Just email them. No response, they get nothing. Simple.
