Contacted me over a debit that seems like identy theft seems like they knew everything about me and I have been out of the country for 15 years and this sounds like harassment to me.... said I would be listed as a fellony charge if I didnt pay by 4 pm today.

C.A.R is a bootomfeeder in NY,and depew seems to be a haven for collector trash.i would send an FOAD letter using that address.
