Need some direction please. I live in OK where companies must be registered, interest is capped and no rollovers are allowed. I have sent letters to the following including asking for refunds for overpayments and I have closed my bank account.

VIP Loan prin $290 paid $929 over by $639
LoanShop prin $455 paid $1110 over by $655
MoneyLoan prin $400 paid $1097 over by $697
Hydra 1 prin $300 paid $630 over by $330
Hydra 3 prin $300 paid $630 over by $330
St Armand prin $300 paid $630 over by $330
Gentle Breeze prin $200 paid $648 over by $448
CK Marketing prin $400 paid $720 over by $320
Vista Loans prin $300 paid 540 over by $240

I have heard back from St Armand who said ok we will close the loan but no refund. CK Marketing said they want to settle for $150 to close the account.

What are my options? Where do I go now? I would like a refund and I DO NOT want to pay another penny. Please help!! I just want the nightmare to end.

Keep resending your letters asking for refunds. CK Marketing is full of BS. No more money to them either. There is a very good possibility that you will not receive refunds. Most lenders do not give them...just chalk up to experience and move on after a few more tries.

Upon receiving your letter, your account was sent for critical review. Your solicitation for a loan was met and you now have a principle balance of $400.00. Please be advised that upon you signing your loan agreement, this is ultimately your responsibility to pay on the terms agreed.

That being said, an account assessment has taken place and we would like to offer a reasonable settlement in order to have this paid in full and relieve you of this financial burden. I am offering to settle your account for a one-time payment of $150.00 to clear your debt with our company. At your request, we will be in contact with you via email in order to resolve this matter quickly. Our communication is fundamental to a mutual resolution, we appreciate and thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation. Please advise if this proposal is suitable.

Now what? I am so scared these people will sue me. I havent even begun to address Western Sky/Cash Call.

get a wage assignment revocation letter to your hr/payroll person asap.they won't sue as they are illegal and if they did that the judge would order them to pay the refund.they rely on threats and scare tactics.get the letter to your employer and ignore future emails like that.a waste of your time to give them any credence.

again if you give the rvocation letter to your employer.you should be fine.they shouldn't honor it,but yes some try to submit one to your employer.as stated before it is a wage assignment.garnishments require a court order which again they would have as much chane as ice in august in court.if you didn't give a copy of that letter to your employer do so asap.

I agree with bingonut DO NOT BACKDOWN requesting a refund-I start requesting my refund of over 800 dollars with my web funds, and FINALLY received it...I first disputed a payment with my bank-and after 2 months of my bank trying to contact them, I won the dispute, I then received an email back FINALLY saying they would send me my refund, i had it put on a prepaid card, closed that account-and im done with them...i sent that email EVERY SINGLE DAY i listed every debit they took from my account-and how much i was over...keep trying!
