ADVICE regarding Online Advance out of Delaware. I have over paid by about $300 on the principal loan.

I stopped the ACH and sent my letter. I have been contacted by their debt collection department. She says nothing in my letter applies to them as they are not a Pay Day Loan Company?

It was an internet loan and they do not have a license for lending in the State of California.

Next step?

that is typical illegal lender BS.send this.

any lender must be licensed in CA anything regarding the state of DE is irrelavent.so if you won't refund then mark this PIF.i will not pay another dime.you are illegal in CA bottomline.

THANKS! I will do just that. My first reply to their "we aren't a payday loan company" was "Please provide your California License Number for providing loans to customers in California" as their website clearly states which states they don't give payday loans in....mmm, I'm thinking they are a payday loan company....
