Dear Castle
Dear Castle
Cut the crap!! I do not live on your reservation and I am not a member of your tribe...thus I am NOT subject to your laws. You know as well as I do is that a educated consumer is your worst nightmare. Legally I owe you NOTHING...morally I will repay the PRINCIPAL at MY convenience via postal money orders only. Sure you can assign me to a collection agency...I will simply cease and desist any agency you send me to. Should they violate my cease and desist I will happily pursue them for statutory damages under the FDCPA.
So do yourself a favor...put a cease and desist on my account. And stick to running casinos.
Govern yourself accordingly.
