Is getcashusa.net a ligit site? i have paid the principal on these loans also. i live in ohio.

Online lenders must be licensed in Ohio. - Check here to see if they are - Ohio Division of Financial Institutions - http://www.com.ohio.gov/fiin/elicense.aspx -- From their website I am not seeing that they are licensed to lend in Ohio, you will want to check... If they are not - you will want to follow the steps in this link -all of them. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/dealingwith-illegallenders.html.. If you have already paid back what originally borrowed then you are due a PIF.

I looked it up on the website you gave and there is no such place! I aloso looked up get ohio credit because they were listed on the agreement and they are in Illinos..i closed my bank account as well. This became such a problem because i have been having unknown pending electronic checks and my banks branch manager informed me that other laon companies proally have my information and they are running text to see if i have money in my account. Then they will make a large deposit, and upon me spending the money they will take that as me accepting the loan and empty my account. Hes seen it done before. So i closed my account and set up a new one. Im never doing this again. Thank you so much fdor your hep.

No problem! Keep us posted on progress - you will want to send out the ACH revocations and cancellations of wage assignments right away since your account is secure..

After you type your comment, you should be able to hit preview and read before saving... let us know if that is not working for you.

@mescia - go to their website - it is under license's second from bottom... they are under Get Ohio Credit, LLC.. I did not see the first time I looked, but it is there now, that is why always a good idea to look them up with your state.. Being that they are a CSO though means they more than likely can offer you an extended payment plan, you will need to contact their corporate office and see what they can offer - some will make you go into collections first to get a plan you can live with..

No when you go to their website and click on license - scroll down the second from the bottom is clearly for Ohio... Call them and see if you can work out a EPP or if they have to have you go into collections with them to work out a payment plan - if you do one of these options it should at least freeze interest and additional fees..
