I took a payday loan from abcwages.com I realiazed they have taken out more then the amount due back, I have not been able to contact them via telephone however I did message them on the website. They told me the 59 dollar payments being taken out of my checking account every week are aimply foe the interest and I need to pay the loan amount plus 59 dollars to pay off the loan in full.I don't know what to do, they took out a payment today, I would not have got a laon from them if I knew they were not legit. I live in ohio. What can I do?

I wrote abc wages a message via there website I followed an example from your link. They replied and said they are not located in ohio and I freely signed the papers, i will not get a refund of the 100 that I over paid. And they will make every attempt to satisfy the debt.

I took some advice off this site and I have closed my bank account and cancelled my debit card and opened a new account. is get cash usa a legal site? they are in texas? I hope they dont repeadly call my job and landlord.

i have tried to close the account however i cannot until the pending transations have cleared thus allowing the lenders and other places that got my account information to tkae out funds so im in the negative.bank said the transactions have to post before i can close the acount and they just keep coming. but the bank does know thesse are unauthorized and said not to worry once they post they will dispute them. however I dont see how when these places dont have legit contact information.

The bank can return the disputed transactions through reversal of ACH.

Did you send then an ACH

Did you send then an ACH revocation?? Did you give a copy to your bank??? If so, the debit should be returned.

Yes I got on my account this morning and I see were they rejected the charge. Hopefully they will close the account today. yes I sent the loan company an email formated from one of your examples, and the debits are from like creative checking and money now etc. I didnt even have a loan from those companies, so I guess they were changing their name so they could continus to get money out, the bank manager infromed me this is something the illegal companies do. he had seen it done before, and since they know what is going on I wont get charged any fees. great learning lesson!
