Help needed fast...

I took out a payday loan with many companies but gti holdings is one. I closed my bank account before money was taken out.
I got a call from a local # today 412-452-9926 when I answered and tried to get info it was someone who kept saying I'm from jay riggers locating service. Wouldnt give any info saying I don't have any information but you need to call 866-801-0275.
When I called it was a number to Capital Harris Miller and associates. To tried to ask for an address to send debt validation. They said they are not collectors they are pre litigation. I have a few days to set up an agreement before I'm served court summons. I tried to get a summary on my account and they would not email me anything until I set up an agreement. B
Does anyone know about yhis company? I've dealt with the other rediculous threats but this company sounds a little more valid. I don't wantto be served. When I searched this company I found a few posts saying people were served... not sure if real people or not. My gut says scam and won't be sued but I'm not sure this was probably the best collection attempt of all I've received so far.

All payday loans are illegal in PA. You owe principal only...no fees and no interest. Dont bother with a DV..they cannot litigate a debt that is invalid.

I hereby demand you cease and desist any and all contact with me and anyone associated with me in regards to _____________________ pay day lender. ALL pay day loans are prohibited in my state of Pennsylvania and thus you are collecting on debt that is null and void. Should you elect to violate this cease and desist, I will happily pursue you for statutory damages under the FDCPA.

ALSO
PA is non-garnishment so even if the debt was valid they couldn't garnish so the call was spoofed,and they are using scare tactics.i know those who posted they were served were shills/plants.send the c&d as soaplady advised.
