I have received replies from all of my loan lenders except 1...United Holdings/ Midland. Its a $300.00 loan, and I have paid back $810.00.
I have emailed them 4 times with ACH revocation, today they tried to put the $90.00 payment through again plus a $30.00 fee, because last Friday the payment was returned by my bank, I closed the account. These people are nuts, and won't reply..Has anyone had experience with them before?


Don't pay a dime no matter what they say. Send a letter to them and ask to give you a refund. These people are not nuts. They are just trying to be too clever.

Thanks, I have been searching the internet on them, and I don't think I will have much success with them, but at least I have a paper trail of all my contact attempts. They will never get another dime from me. and if they send me to collections, I'll be there worst nightmare.

I am still trying to get a hold of these people, I have sent 4 emails, and despite ACH revocation, they still try to put the $90.00 payment through plus now they are charging a $30.00 fee for the ACH return on the 24th of May...My account is now closed, My bank returned the ACH, but I had to wait for 3 checks to clear before they closed it. I don't think they received the emails, They will have a surprise when they try and debit on the 7th and find out the account is closed. This company is very shady..seems they do business under several different names, I just hope they don't harass too much..I won't answer the calls. It was a $300.00 loan and I have paid back $810.00..I don't care about the refund..I just want to be done with them having my account paid in full

If you've closed your account why bother with emailing them an ach revocation? At this point you've over paid them and closed your bank account so just wait for the calls to come from some bottomfeeder. Then c&d them

I got an email from them today it was automated..2 lines..they said my account is being forwarded to National credit adjusters...What ever, I do not answer calls unless I know who they are from and If they start calling at work, I'll C&D them....I paid $810 on a $300 loan..they are not getting another dime from me.
