Buried in PDLs

Hello!

I currently reside in Ohio and have gotten myself in the payday loan loop...such a stupid thing to do, but I am trying hard to get out of it. This is what I currently owe and what I have already paid:

PayDayOne/Rise Credit: Owe $1200, paid $614.42
CashNetUsa: Owe $500, paid $129.70
Ace Cash Express: Owe $200
Check N Go: Owe $500

I can't even make the payments at this point...where do I start?? I can't figure out if these agencies are illegal or not, or where to go from here. I have spoken with the agencies about extended repayment and they said they won't do anything unless the loan goes into collections and I don't want this to affect my credit :(

I checked the Ohio Dept of Financial Regulation and PayDayOne, CashNetUSA and Ace Cash Express are legal lenders. Did not see anything for Check N Go. You will have to setup a payment plan with the legal lenders. Get in touch with their corporate office. As far as Check No Go is concerned click on the link on how to deal with unlicensed lenders. Follow every step. Keep us posted on your progress!

Sorry, it i misspoke about Check N Go. Obviously, they are also legal. Will have to setup a payment plan with them also.
